In the next few weeks, iOS 16.2 will be released, and while feature-packed, these larger updates tend to come with more bugs. If you are still running iOS 15, I think this is a good point to migrate to iOS 16. If you are already running iOS 16, there is no reason not to update to iOS 16.1.2. That said, Apple has broken a pattern of fixes causing new faults, which blighted early iOS 16 updates. That doesn’t mean iOS 16.1.2 is bug-free due to the number of issues that remain in iOS 16.
